  • I'm really interested on this concept of eating back your exercise calories. That's something that I haven't been doing. Have any of you seen a significant change in your results by doing this? If you've set yourself as "sedentary", then you should absolutely be eating your exercise calories. Sedentary assumes you don't…
  • I'd get the asthma situation checked out. Also, you should add strength training to your regimen. It'll speed up your calorie burn. You may gain weight at first because muscle weighs more than fat, but you'll still lose inches. Good luck!
  • I'm a member of the Y. I joined their "no gain" challenge. The deal is you pay $10 and if you gain no weight (or lose weight!) over the course of the challenge you earn $25 in program credits. I usually eat a homemade wrap for lunch that consists of a whole wheat wrap, brown rice, black beans, pinto beans, corn, tomatoes, green…
  • It sounds like she's jealous to me. I wouldn't worry about it or feel the need to justify myself to her if I were you.

You could throw in fresh or dried berries instead of natural or artificial sweetner. Fresh strawberries are particularly tasty in oatmeal with a…

  • This recipe from Epicurious is delicious, easy, quick & healthy. I use boneless/skinless chicken breasts usually, so the goat cheese mixture is simply spread on top and you cook them just as the recipe calls for. Also, my local grocery only has chevre in stock ordinarily and it works well. The calorie/carbs/fat/protein…
