Do you cross train? I would incorporate that into your routine. I trained for half marathon without it and I would NOT recommend it! Swimming, biking, high intensity interval training, cardio videos, and sculpting/toning are some ideas. My runs have really become a lot better as far as endurance. Good luck to you! :happy:

Hi! I peeked at your diary, and i was thinking the same thing as the above post, more fruits and veggies. I drink a cup of skim choc. Milk for recovery, that works well for me. Good luck!

Hi! I am doing turbo fire too. I am currently on week 3 and haven't lost anything. I was not journaling my food though so i am glad i found this site. I dont know how long you have been at it but dont quit!
