im doing slimming world , and have lost 41 lbs so far . ive never been hungry and the weight has dropped off so easy without alot of effort plus i get to enjoy all the food i love :)

i weigh myself once a week on a thursday , i get weighed at my slimming group , i used to jump on the scales everyday which i got pretty obsessed with so i threw them out. Since then ive always had a pleasant surprise of a loss everyweek when getting weighed :)

with that list and motivation itl be hard to not lose any weight :)

im the same with heels depending how high etc they are my ankle will just play up and get sore. when i hurt it when i was young the docs said there was nothing wrong with it .. and brushed me out of the hospital as fast as they could but its always played up since. Ive got running shoes now im just really excited to get bk…

thank you so much for the advice , i do have a support band on , and have been trying to stay off it for as long as possible i guess it just needs abit more time . it doesnt hurt when moving it about but wen i walk its sore :( lots of ice i guess x
