The link should be fixed on the homepage, if for whatever reason it isn't working click "be lean" at the top and then challenges.

I started monday, my abs and butt are feeling pretty fab =] ETA for those that asked, the 30 day slimdown is a combination of the 30DS, No More Trouble Zones, and Burn Fat Boost Metabolism DVD's.

Mix together some lime juice & cilantro. Toss it on a salad with bell peppers, onion, tomatoes & chicken/steak. It's awesome =]

I have the majority of JM's videos, the entire team Fonda series that just came out & Tone it Up's "One Day Fat Blast". They are all pretty good.

I stick mine in the dishwasher (where the silverware goes) and it works just fine. Of course I mainly drink water out of them so I'm probably not much help.

Katrina Hodgsen (the one on the right) They both look fantastic but Katrina is closer to my height than Karena.

I LOVE Larabars, I always stock up when they have the 10 for $10 sale. I think I have like 30 of them in my pantry right now! Thanks so much for sharing, I will definitely try making my own sometime =]

Have you tried Izze's? They are awesome, basically just fruit juice with seltzer water but I LOVE them =]

Stretching will help, just make sure you warm your muscles up a bit beforehand. Doing static stretches on cold muscles will only increase your risk of injury. Generally when I feel sore, I just push through it and once your muscles get warmed up a bit you wont feel as sore.

These are so fantastic! They are great with b/s chicken breasts as well =] http://www.skinnytaste.com/2010/07/asian-glazed-drumsticks.html

The key to eating carbs is to make sure you eat COMPLEX carbs not simple carbs. Complex carbs include any fruit or veggie, whole wheat/grain breads, pastas etc. This also includes oatmeal, barley, bran, wheatgerm & many others. The biggest thing is to make sure you pair a complex carb with a protein at every meal, protein…

The Quantum Wellness Cleanse or The Real Simple Diet. You can find both books on amazon, only type of cleanses I'd recommend.

I enter it in as 20 min of circuit training.

You can download the plan here: http://www.exercisetv.tv/workoutplans.aspx?id=1 All you need is 3 of her videos (30 day shred, No more trouble zones and banish fat boost metabolism) some light hand weights & a matt if you'll be on a hard surface.

I LOVE spinning! Definitely make sure you have someone help you make sure your settings are correct (and make sure they tell you how to figure that out so you can do it yourself). Your butt will hurt from the seat, it sucks but totally worth it. The class I used to take was an hour long and my instructor said if we did…

I just put circuit training.

I usually eat this for breakfast but it's really good and could be an easy snack too! 1/2 cup fat free greek yogurt (I use plain but really you could use any flavor) 1/2 cup fiber one 1/4-1/2 cup berries of your choosing When I just use 1/4 cup of berries (half blackberries and half raspberries) it winds up being about 160…

You wont always WANT to get to the gym, I hate going but after I'm done with my workout I feel awesome so that's my motivation. Workouts aren't going to be easy, you'll have to push yourself and don't allow yourself to make excuses. Excuses don't get you in shape, pushing yourself to go even when you don't want to is what…

I know you aren't exceeding 1200 calories but what is it that you are eating? 80% of weight loss is diet so keep that in mind, maybe you can cut some things out (soda, etc.). If that's not the case then it could be that you are gaining muscle which is making the fat weight loss appear slower if that makes sense. Try not to…

This is what I had yesterday: BREAKFAST- 1/2 cup Fat free greek yogurt, plain 1/2 cup kashi go lean cereal 1/4 cup blackberries 1/4 cup raspberries -Mixed all that together and it was fab and only 161 calories =] SNACK- 1/4 cup raisins right before my workout to give me a boost LUNCH- 4 cups baby spinach 1 TBS Caesar…

Dried fruit is always good, I always eat a handful of raisins before I go run and it always gives me the boost I need. Also in high school (I swam 500 m) right before my races in swim I'd eat a couple packets of honey and that always kept me going. I've never looked into how healthy the honey is so you might want to check…
