  • Running on track or treadmill will save your knees. Running on trails I have found is easier on my knees then the sidewalk. So I trail run. However if you have a treadmill run with an increase like a 2 or 3 as it will simulate running outside
  • I use soccer socks. They go high enough to protect the shins
  • I am doing the mudder in Sept in Seattle. i have friends who did one last year and are doing it again. The advice they gave me was no matter what crross train but cardio is big. The course is 11 miles and you have to get through it. the tezm i have put together are traing on Sundays and during the week workout on our own.…
