Okay so I am all over this thread! I have the dreaded back fat and would like to see more before and after photos because I feel like mine are worse than anybody that has posted :(. I am going to keep the faith though because I honestly thought I was going to be stuck with my big ol breast in the back and the front forever!

I am on day two of 30ds today. I started a few days before thanksgiving but I am not counting those because I stopped. All I have are some 10lb weights and they are killing me!
