Am I training correctly?
I am currently on week 2 day one and I realized I may be running for the wrong amount of time. It says: Brisk five-minute warmup walk. Then alternate 90 seconds of jogging and two minutes of walking for a total of 20 minutes. So my question is: Is 20 minutes including the 5 minute warm up walk or not?
