I have torn my achillies and i am in a boot! i am devastated and in pain. However i dont want to lose my momentum with working out! It hurts to walk and jump of any kind. I am currently a SAHM to four kids. So my question is... Is there any workout videos that don't require running/jumping/plyometrics. I have some dumbbell and I'm sure I am going to have to stick to lifting and abs. Any suggestions??? Thanks guys!!!!

Thanks! I love boxing. Do you know of a video that isn't so much kickboxing in nature?

I'm going through my second ankle injury since May. I do the punching and other arm movements (that'd you'd find in a Billy Blank's tae bo DVD) while bouncing on an exercise ball. I also add 1lb hand weights to increase the intensity. Blank had a workout that focused on arms you could watch, but you could easily put your own moves together and watch a favorite tv show instead.

Don't have to kickbox, just box. Even better if you have gloves and a bag. Boxers are in tremendous condition because of their hands and not because of their legs.
