Your calories are pretty much front loaded to the earlier part of the day. The first week is more calories as he eases you into less calories each week. I followed the plan and lost over 3 lbs the first week. Are you exercising? The calories range from 1200-1600 throughout the diet.

Love this program. Finished in Feb and now doing her Slim Series Slim Training program. Sore is good. Just get back at it and the soreness works out. Do Slim in Limber as much as you can. I am seeing great results. Really getting lean.

Which workout did you try? Did you get to Burn it up? I use these all the time and have great results.

I love the " eat breakfast like a King, lunch like a prince and dinner like a pauper". When I do this, I'm full by dinner and usually just have some lean protein so I am not going to bed on a full stomach. I usually see the scale move in the morning when I follow this.

Hey Jocy, I'm also recommitting. Hoping to lose 25 lbs and get in shape. I have lost 4 lbs so far. Only started working out 2 weeks ago and eating better 1 week ago. Glad you're back.

I'm having the same problem. Woke up today 2 lbs heavier. I have been following my calories at or under goal. I felt bloated and swollen all day. Drank tons of water and extra protein and veggies. I have ben working out pretty hard so took the day off from exercise.

Change your goals to 40% carbs, 30% protein and 30% fat. Try to eat protein for breakfast. I see you eat oatmeal, cereal and bagels. Lots of carbs. Find ways to add protein without using lunchmeat. Try Greek yogurt. Lean fish, chicken etc. I use egg whites or egg beaters to make a veggie filled omelet in the am with a…

I am finishing up my first week too after starting and stopping Labor Day. Down 4 Lbs. Need to lose another 4 this week. Ha we shall see!

I have done si6 off and on for a few years always with good results. I bought the slim series this year and love it. I was about 4 weeks in and broke some ribs so had to stop for awhile but started back up on Sunday. Love this series!
