  • I do alot of prep work ahead of time - Sundays I make my steel cut oats, brown rice, cook my chicken breast, and prep my lettuce, & veggies, spinach for the week. Then it makes for easier breakfast & lunch time meals, chicken wraps with lots of veggies, 1/2 c brown rice with 4 oz chicken breast and 2 cups of tossed greens.…
