You can and you will - supporting you all the way!! Thanks for the vulnerability - I too suffered a horrendous injury that left me paralyzed for a while, surgery fixed the paralysis but the weight gain has stayed. I too need support and motivation to budge the extra bulge.

I can so relate to this. Over the past 2 years I have spiralled into a financial physical and emotional pit of despair. I need to loose 25 KG or about 50 lbs as well. I have gone the hard cold turkey with smoking and unhealthy eating (well at first anyway) What I did was just count calories and keep within my limit or just…

I know that if I keep a track of what i eat I am less likely to put something in my mouth and to team that idea with emotion/lifestyle tracking too will help identify and potentially elliminate gaining it all back. Lets see how it goes!! I'm In :-)

I'm new to site (message board anyway) and am keen as for LC diet. I have PCOS, IBS and a crazy lifestyle. I just crave bread and pasta and often together!! I'm keen to give LC a go - and am keen for adds if anyone is interested! Thanks fo the motivation. :-) - Keen for the Aussie summer body!!!
