  • So does this mean that homemade whole wheat bread/wraps are okay? My M literally grinds her own wheat grain to make bread, wraps, pancakes, etc. It's awesome!
  • This link has some useful estimates from the Mayo Clinic on various exercises- http://www.mayoclinic.org/ /art-20050999. Since they are based on a 1-hour workout, you can just take 75% of the value and maybe subtract 50 or so calories to keep it conservative.
