I got a Nutribullet for Christmas, and I use it everyday. I start with a handful of spinach, add in 1/2 cup blueberries, 1/2 cup strawberries, 1 banana, 2 T. flax and chia blend, 1 T. agave nectar, and 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond coconut milk. It is delicious, and keeps me full until lunch!

I've been overweight for as long as I can remember. My parent's are both skinny and my brother is very fit! So, I am the odd man out. And I don't feel good. I have no energy!! I want to be able to run and play with my kids'!
