If you do find any issues with driving you can log the time that you drive and you won't have any extra steps counted.

I have had the Fitbit One for 3 days now, not very long I know, but I love it! I'm am a gadget and numbers person and I find it quite addictive. I love that is small and I wear it on my bra, it's completely invisible. I wasn't interested in the Flex personally as I don't like the idea of a visible band.

Eat different types of fruits and vegetables when they are season and they will be a lot cheaper. It is summer where I am so things like tomatoes and avocado are really cheap and at their peak, however I never buy those things in winter as they are way too expensive and the quality sucks.

My parter is awesome. He hasn't complained once about having to walk 30 min home from the train station a few days a week instead of me picking him up so I can go to the gym after work. I personally think whole eggs are healthy, the yolk contains a lot of vitamins and minerals.
