  • Well personally I try to only work a specific part/group once a week to prevent over training. Not sure if that's just for muscle building or not though, but seems like it wouldn't be a bad thing.

  • Lol, I'm a metal guy myself...or at least something with a fast tempo and guitars, growling/screaming... Deftones, Clutch, Coheed and Cambria, Rollins Band, Mastodon, the Mars Volta. But for hip hop, I'll throw in some Em, Cage, Aesop Rock, Jay-Z, Sean Price, Atmosphere, and P.O.S. : )
