It's hard! I start counting my meals for the day when I get up. (Around 3pm) I work 3rd shift (11 PM - 7 am) I usually have my biggest meal around 7 pm. snack around 1 am. eat another meal around 3 am. snack again at 5 am and try not to eat anything when I get home. Yes, I think up to the age of 35 I could eat anything in any amount and never affected my weight. Weighed 165 for what seemed forever.
