  • I weigh 132kg my BMI is 40.7 but I have a resting heart beat of 53 , I really don't consider my self to be that fit , I do ride a bike 10 miles per day though
  • I used to regularly eat from macdonald's a 20 pack chicken nuggets with 4 sweet and sour sauces, supersize fries and a supersize chocolate milkshake. I work that out to be close to 2000 calories just for lunch. 2 litre coke per day 800 calories about. Quite easy to eat more than 5000 calories. I now eat 1200 per day :)

  • A few months back when I weighed 325lb my hrm said I was burning 850 calories for 1 hour cycling , MFP's estimate was fairly close to that , now I am 33lb lighter and quite a lot fitter I burn just over 500 on the same journey mfp is a bit out. I regularly check the HRM reading on this website…

  • You can make a rehydration drink but it would have 128 calories Thats 1 tsp salt 8 tsp sugar 5 cups drinking water mix until sugar and salt are dissolved This replaces electrolytes when I was in South Africa parents were advised to give this to their children if they had diahorrea

After all what do you want to carry the gun for, to kill someone if the situation arises where you consider it necessary , not very civil is it ? As I've said time and time again this is not something to be discussed here , go to a gun shop for advice

  • In uk police don't carry guns, its illegal and very difficult to get a gun. As a result firearm deaths per year averages about 40 as oppose to the U.S. which has more than 36000 firearm related deaths per year

  • I have similar stats , 49 years old, sw 327lb , cw 294 . I started cycling to work and back when I was at 327lb after a 1 year break from cycling, it was hard but I could manage it. The ride is 5 miles there 5 miles back. It has improved my blood pressure and combined with diet has helped me lose 33lb
  • Just looked it up for women between 4'10" - 5'1" they recommend a 14" frame. That is the seat tube is 14"
  • Our police don't carry guns , except in exceptional circumstances . I've lived in cities with serious gun crime in South Africa but never saw the point in carrying a gun . I also don't think this is the place to discuss it
