They say you shouldn't drink more than 21 units of alcohol for a man and 14 units for a woman per week and have 2 alcohol free days per week In a bottle of wine 12% alcohol there are 9 units so if you have one bottle everyday you are having 63 units of alcohol per week 4.5 times higher than the recommended "safe" limit

I was having problems with blacking out due to coughing after riding my bike to work . I was given a preventative inhaler and that seems to be helping

It doesn't cause an insulin spike because it doesn't contain sugar, Insulin is released when the beta islet cells of the pancreas detect elevated levels of glucose in the blood. No sugar no insulin spike

My diet soda has trace amounts of sodium ie too small to measure. I drink soda when I'm hungry but don't want extra calories , I have lost 40lb since April, I find I go over my calories if I don't drink diet drinks or sparkling spring water

It works I've lost a total of 40lb , my bp is the best its been , cholesterol below the normal figure etc , I just couldn't maintain the calorie deficit , if you think about it my bmr is about 2200 and then I burn about 600-700 on my bike rides, so I was only netting about 500-600 per day on 1200 cals.

I'm not sure if I agree with that , I am 6 foot tall was more than 300lb and the dr I saw told me to drop my cals to 1200 and not to eat back my exercise cals. I only get the noise when its on T setting , Its when I use my hearing aids with a neck loop I get the noise. Yesterday I forgot to take off my hrm and had it tweeting all day, it was when I took it off I realised the hrm was the culprit. I'll maybe mention it nex time I go to get batteries from the hospital

If you eat at a calorie deficit and exercise you will lose weight , simple as I eat what I want I've lost 40lb since March. I'd say a calorie is a calorie and stuff clean eating if it doesn't help you stick with your plan.
