I have recently discovered , the annoying tweeting noise from my hearing aids is the result of them
picking up the transmission from my hrm . Trying to find out if a chest strap that sends a coded transmission
would eliminate this. Its quite annoying sounds like you have birds tweeting inside your head

i find the feedback on hearing aids annoying altogether...i've gotten to the point where they simply do NOT work and I experience more feedback than actual hearing with even the top of the line "best" product.

Cochlear implant is next on the line...if only I didn't "function" so well...

    oy vey.

Wow, I'd never thought about them picking up the signals from the chest strap, though I guess it's a wireless signal.
I've seen lots of people have problems with telephones causing noises with hearing aids.

I wonder if there is any setting on your hearing aid that could tune out the signal? Like the T switch which lets you tune into a phone call... but I'm only speculating here. Do you have a hearing aid specialist/audiologist who might know about your specific hearing aid and whether it has any settings that might help?

I only get the noise when its on T setting , Its when I use my hearing aids with a neck loop I get the noise.
Yesterday I forgot to take off my hrm and had it tweeting all day, it was when I took it off I realised the hrm
was the culprit. I'll maybe mention it nex time I go to get batteries from the hospital
