Our family is big rice eaters , brown is healthier but I usually eat white. I weigh out my cooked rice now. If I eat curry I weigh out 200g rice and 1 cup of curry, comes to about 600 calories for both.

I got my bike with front suspension because there are potholes , bumps etc on sides of road and a fixed suspension was a bit too uncomfortable I also ride on tarred trails , it is a hybrid after all , if I'm on a good road I turn off the suspension (its just a lever on the fork) , I think its good to have and seeing that…

Shouldn't be too much trouble I started riding to work 2 weeks ago , I ride 50 miles per week So should do 1000 in about 5 months :)

I don't know the product but I find if I'm going for a buffet or something if I drink a pint or 2 of pepsi max beforehand I don't eat as much because I feel full. I find if I get a pint of water and down it in one I can't taste much and drink 4-5 pints a day like that

Mines a hybrid but its got got front suspension makes the bumpy roads a bit more comfortable , when I'm on a good road I switch the suspension off as its less effort to pedal.

I think if you go for a hybrid bike sort of a cross between a road bike and a mountain bike, good selection of gears, I personally use a 24 speed bike that gives me a number of options for riding up hill etc. I'd recommend buying a seat seperately probably a gel seat would be more comfortable. I ride mainly flat stretches of road 5 miles each way , I use a hrm and it is usually a 400 calorie burn each way I weigh more than 300lb though

My doctor prescribed these but there is a shortage of them so I was unable to get the prescription made up, however I have been using this site for 3 weeks and have lost 22lb , the weightloss has slowed down but I have showed myself I don't need pills

Since I started cycling I often have a heart rate of around 53 when I go to the doctors which they often say is slow. When I was in hospital I reularly set off an alarm when it went under 50 , might be an idea just to get it checked out

I was looking for calories in Colcannon today. They had Irish food in the work canteen (Early St. Patricks day) I had Irish stew and colcannon.

Well done on the run , I created a new exercise and I had used endomondo which reckoned I had burned off 336 calories. I wore running shoes but size 11 in Asics are a bit tight so I got a blister doing C25K W1D1
