I want to be bigger than 200lbs :) Maybe in a few years.

-Reduce your calorie intake. -Reduce your carb intake (if you are an endomorph, you may be more carb sensitive) -Be very careful if you have any cheat meals not to overdo it -Measure everything precisely, and don't forget to add in small things like condiments

Meal timing makes no difference. What's important is finding what works for you. Some people prefer to eat several small meals throughout the day, and some prefer one or two large meals. I would rather not go to bed hungry, so I usually eat dinner late.

Nope. For the past year or so, I've been drinking about a gallon of water a day plus coffee and diet soda, and I practically live in the restroom. Keeps me from just sitting at my desk, though.

I'm just happy to get a comment.

I gotta see a picture of this. It takes seriously heavy lifting, lot of dedication (years of training), and great genetics for a woman do develop big arms naturally. Losing muscle is easy. Eat at a calorie deficit and don't lift heavy = muscle atrophy, but who would want that? You will either end up looking emaciated or…

I like rum straight or with diet coke, and drink plenty of water as well.

I've used that recipe and they turned out great. I also tried them with splenda instead of sugar, but they came out kind of dry and less gritty. I wonder if another brand of artificial sweetener would work better.

I've used jack3d and would buy it again, but Cellucor C4 is my favorite. I always take my preworkout supplement on an empty stomach since it's absorbed much faster. Maybe 20 minutes after taking it, I'll have a quick bite then begin my workout.

The dietary cholesterol in eggs has very little (if any) affect on blood serum cholesterol levels.

That sounds way too high. That sounds like what you would burn walking 18 in july on a hilly course carrying your bag.

Mashed cauliflower (like mashed potatoes) and avocado fries are a couple of good low carb substitutes for potatoes.

No. Machines are mostly worthless, anyways. The best thing you could do is buy a power rack, a bench, a bar, and some plates. I acquired these items on craigslist for about $300. Focus on heavy, compound lifts, and you will see results. The book "Starting Strength" by Mark Rippetoe does a great job explaining these lifts…

If I get a refund, a powertec power rack.

Nothing wrong with it at all. Many have had great results with intermittent fasting (check out leangains.com) where all of the daily calories are consumed within an eight hour window. I've tried it before, but I like breakfast too much.

I don't take diet pills myself, but ephedrine and caffeine is a proven formula. Ephedrine was banned a few years ago after some people died from taking it. Many people were becoming addicted to it and taking way too much. Most use bronkaid now, which is ephedrine and guaifenesin, and stack it with caffeine pills (and…
