Were you consistently losing before the plateau started? I personally notice that I will lose consistently for a while, then stall for a couple weeks. BUT, during those weeks, the inches are just melting off. It is like my body needs a week or two to catch up with the weight.

You can maybe head off with something like "I am really craving veggies (or other item)" If they are trying to encourage you to eat what you don't want "I am not in the mood for (insert item)" As far as drinking... you might just order a drink and just "not get around to drinking it" and drink your water or other beverage…

Hmmm.... maybe log the first 8 miles as Biking leisure, and then the ride back however was appropriate? I wish more of our caches were hiking, but I think we have gotten most of those... lol

My husband and I are thinking of doing the Warrior Dash in KC next year :) It is totally intimidating, but they will give me a warrior hat, that will make it all okay :laugh:

I do. I weigh myself once a week regardless. I may have less of a loss, but I notice if I am doing everything I should (plus I drink more water then - if that is possible) then it is not a huge impact.

Yes Yes I use it after I work out everyday. I typically mix it with skim milk (makes it kind of a treat), but it is just as good with water if my calories are high for the day. I use Optimum Nutrition. I have had the Strawberry, Strawberry Banana, Cake Batter, and Cookies and Cream.
