If you go to the beachbody site, it can actually set the program up (which one on which day) for you. I think they also have some downloadable schedules, but don't quote me on that one.

The beauty of the game is we have gone so completely different directions. We haven't really given hints, but it is nice to talk about certain parts of the game. He is a little further than me, but I also love to explore and look in everything... :)

I have done the P90, P90 Masters Series and currently doing P90X. Insanity is on my list to do after this. I personally love the BeachBody programs. I would use a HRM. That is what I use. Each workout comes out different. So it is nice to see what I am actually burning each day.
