I love NMTZ! I can't do the surrenders but it's a great burn. Good luck :)

I so did not want to keep my date with Jillian tonight but I "pushed play" and cursed her the entire time. Level 1 of 30 DS done along with a quick NMTZ. 533 calories gone according to HRM

Yes - Jillian actually gives you a REST day with this!! Believe me, it's been much needed. Getting ready to head home and "Push Play". Wish me luck - not much sleep last night as hubby snored quite a bit.

I have this and it's a great workout!! I'm not sure I could ever do this one every day though. I just received my HRM in the mail on Friday so wore it Saturday when I did BFBM. I'm 5'10, 190 lbs and HRM said I burned 600 calories. I'm mixing BFBM up with 30 Day Shred and No More Trouble Zones. It's called the 30 Day Slim…

Definitely something to be proud of!!! Fantastic results!

I just started her 30 Day Slimdown yesterday. Did the 30 Day Shred back in September and loved it and now want to try this. I've done NMTZ before and really liked but BFBM is going to be new to me. Good luck everybody!!

Selena Gomez and the rest of the cast of Wizards of Waverly Place - they made us feel very welcome. George Perles (former Michigan State football coach) offered my daughter his National Chamionship ring (i think that's what it was) a few years ago at a charity event. She was 3 or 4 at the time. He and his wife were super…

You are AMAZING!!!!! What a great story and such an inspiration :flowerforyou:

I have it but never got past Level 1 - I think I will revisit it again now that I've finished 30 Day Shred. I also plan on starting No More Trouble Zones next week.

I'll be finishing up my 30DS tomorrow - 30 days straight. I thought about taking a rest day here and there but was afraid I wouldn't go back to it, lol. Anyway, my scale is finally starting to move in the right direction - it went up close to 2 pounds for a while and just finally dropped to a little below my pre-30ds…

Don't let the soreness stop you from continuing - unless you have an injury of course. The soreness does go away by day 6 I found. I'm currently on Level 2 - Day 6 tonight. I was pretty sore for the first few days, even my armpits were sore (what's up with that!!!) but it really did go away by day 6 for me. Just keep…
-
I'm on Level 2 now but the I was pretty sore the first 5 days of 30DS also. I didn't feel sore after day 6 though. Stick with it - the soreness is almost over!!

I havent' take my measurements yet - will do that today. I'm on L1D7 and as of yesterday I was up 1.5 pounds. Grrrrr, but from what I'm reading on here that's not unusual. I'm just going to keep plugging away with the shred and logging in my food diary. I'm doing everything right so eventually the weight will drop too.…
