I'm starting it tonight. My hair stylist challenged me to do it with her for the month of April. This will be my 2nd time through and her first. Looking forward to feeling the burn!!

Spare tire for me....

Good for you!! I'm just getting ready to push play for day 3 myself. I have 40lbs to lose but I have done this before. It does get easier. My daughter has also inquired as to my well being as I've laid gasping on the floor, now she's used to it, lol.

That's a great work out. I might have to pop my video in tonight. No More Trouble Zones is good too!!

My height (5'10") and my feet - they are the only things that stay the same size!!!

It would be great if they had one. My daughter is 10 and needs to be putting on weight. She needs @ 3000 calories a day. She "thinks" she eats enough but I know she doesn't. It would be great if she could track and see for herself.

I am proud to say I was noobie last night!! I purposely went late hoping to avoid the rush of regulars. There were a handful of people there and the owner was working. He made sure to introduce me to everybody there and then spent an hour with me showing me the basics of kettlebells. I had a great time and felt welcome,…

Well - I finally worked up the resolve to go in last night. It was late, almost 9pm, but I did it!! There were a handful of people there at the time and the owner was there. He showed me the basics of the kettle bells. I still have some work to do on mastering the proper form but I really liked it. Definitely feeling it…

It's on Gratiot Rd in Shields. I'm going to be giving it a try tomorrow. They seemed very friendly when I stopped in a few weeks ago. Wish me luck!!

I like this!! Yes, I'm going to be one of the noobs at my gym when they reopen Wednesday. I'm super excited - they focus on strength training - I think they only have 1 treadmill in the whole place. Kettlebells here I come!!

Thanks for the replies! That's one of my fears too, always needing their help on the workouts. I do like the idea of the white board exercises and it being something different everyday - I just know I'm going to be a bother to them!! I'm thinking of starting there this week. I figure it can't hurt to try it out, if I don't…

fellow railroader wife here. Just sent you a friend request

Felow RR wife here too. My husband is gone all the time. I feel like a single parent, lol. We've been through times when he lived away from home for months and even up to a year before. Lucky for us work from home has been pretty steady the last few years. But, he came home last night and said rumors are running rampant…

I missed Sunday but got my 2 minutes in yesterday so total of 4/60. Will attempt to do 4 minutes tonight to get me back on track.

Great idea - count me in!!

I had the Blueberry Maple also, it's my favorite!! and a banana and diet pepsi

I attempted Week 2 Run 1 Sunday night - made it to just about the 1/2 way mark and pulled something (thinking my achilles). Still a bit painful when I make the trek from the parking lot to my office and going down stairs. Thinking I'm taking a few more days off and will have to start Week 2 again.
-
I completed my first week last night!!! A little nervous to start week 2 on Sunday - those 60 second runs are still a little tough.
-
Thank you but don't be too impressed - I have long legs and can pretty easily walk a 15:00 minute mile. Today would be a completely different story - I'm so sore I don't even think I could walk a 20 minute mile!!!
-
I survived W1D2 last night - had an average pace of 12:04. I'm super sore today which I guess I expected to feel in my legs but my abs are REALLY feeling it. Hopefully that means good things are happening!!!
-
Was planning on getting my 2nd run in this morning but we had some thunderstorms so I guess it will happen tonight. Hoping it goes as well as my first run did!!
-
Hello, my name is Sherri also, I'm 41 and live in Michigan. I did my first run last night and have to say it wasn't nearly as scary as I thought it would be. I'm using the RunDouble app on my Droid. I'm 41 and have @ 30-40 lbs to lose. I plan on doing this and JM's videos. My run schedule will be Sun/Tues/Thurs and I have…

I started last night after thinking about it for weeks. I was scared to do it but happy with myself when I was done. I downloaded the RunDouble app to my phone and loved it. Will be running again tomorrow night. Good luck everybody!!!

I'm starting tonight - we just booked a trip to the Florida Keys in August. Wanna tone and lose some weight before we leave. I plan on mixing it up with No More Trouble Zones and Banish Fat Boost Metabolism too. Good luck girls!! Keep pushing throught the first days. Day 1-4 are pretty rough but by day 5 and 6 the soreness…
