Happy Friday!!! Another dance competition weekend so will have to try to work in my JM time in between everything else. At least this one is local so I'll be home at the end of every night.

So AWESOME!!!! i haven't taken my measurements in a while - the scale is still up - which makes me believe my orignal weigh-in might have been off. I'm going to try to measure on Sunday and hopefully can post numbers as good as yours :happy:

Between my hands and mat being sweaty I'm constantly moving my hands around during planks. I hate them :grumble: but they do work. Busy night ahead - hoping to get a 30 DS workout in before bed.

That's what I think about my tummy and arms!! I'm an apple shape so my legs are fairly slim but my tummy and arms disgust me!! My hubby was feeling my new muscles in my arms last night - he's quite impressed. I sure wish we could choose where the fat comes off :grumble:

Happy Wednesday everybody. I'll be doing BFBM tonight. The next few days/nights are going to be really busy so I need to get my longer workout in today and be happy if I get to do the Shred the other nights. Dance season is almost over - one more competition this weekend and recital next weekend.

I'm 5'10 and at one point dropped to @ where you are now. My mom was threatening to hospitalize me. It took a while to gain some weight back and then I maintained between 130-135 for a few years. 30 DS Level 2 done for the day. I noticed for the first time that I'm doing all of Natalie's moves now. Well all except the plank jacks - still can't quite manage those Natalie style. Even the walk out push ups felt fairly easy this time.

I was pleasantly shocked when I got my HRM a few weeks ago. For instance, MFP said I burned 400 calories doing BFBM and my HRM has me burning @ 600!! what a difference! for NMTZ MFP was pretty accurate but my HRM says my burn is a little higher.

I'm 5'10 @ 190 lbs - I figured my BMR was 1666 so I'm trying really hard to stay above that but below my TDEE of 2582. I usually end up netting @ 1800-1900 calories. I feel like I'm eating a lot and am sometimes struggling to get that in. I wasn't losing weight at all when I was netting 1400 so I slowly bumped myself up.…

NMTZ done - 495 calories gone!!!! feeling better now that it's done. Wish the scale would show some improvement. I'll have to check my measurements in the next few days and hope they are good enough to keep my motivation going. Getting discouraged that the scale has gone up and not down :angry:

I've taken 3 days off - wasn't home Sat/Sun and last night I was just so tired. Told my hubby I just needed a little nap before I cursed at Jillian. He went out to do some yard work and woke me up at 8:30. Yikes!!! Feeling much better today and will keep my date with Jillian tonight - BFBM here I come!!!

I'm now 20 days into this and feeling great. So I'm trying not to feel guilty about skipping Wednesday and I just did not have time last night. I'm leaving work a bit early so I can squeeze in NMTZ before a night out with the girls. All day dance competition tomorrow with my daughter so won't work out again until Sunday…

I hear ya - I have to make sure everything is digested before that one and sometimes just a quick few drinks of water during will make me feel sick. It's a great workout though!

I have No More Trouble Zones and Banish Fat Boost Metabolism. I really love NMTZ - it's @ 50 minutes with warm up and cool down. BFBM is ALL cardio and it's also @ 50 minutes with warm up and cool down - really kicks my butt.

I decided to take last night off - sore, tired and had to go shopping to get outfitted for 80's Fest tomorrow night. Busy night again tonight but will at least make myself do 30 DS and hopefully can get to NMTZ tomorrow before the festivities.
