Haven't done todays planks yet, but so far I have done 6.15 minutes
My husband pushed me 5 extra seconds on my first one last night, then ten on the second one (He's such a good motivator). Ready to do tonights and push past a minute!!!

I am at 4/60 - I did 2 minutes per day total. 30 secs of planks with 30 seconds rest in between. I did that for two days and I was so sore on day three that I skipped. I saw a previous poster is doing 3 minutes a day to allow for rest days. That is what I will do the rest of the month. I had no idea how sore I would after doing this exercise for such a short time!0
