Thu 08/30/12 10:33 AMok, so I've NEVER planked before. I would love to build some core strenght and this seems like the way to do that. I'm almost willing to accept this challenge even tho i've never done one, as long as someone tells me the "correct" way to plank. was counts as a real plank?0

challenge on guys can do 60seconds well i could 3weeks ago was doin kettlebell classes.back exercising so shall add this one in...

You're in a push up position, but your arms should be right underneath your shoulders instead of spread wide. Keep back and legs straight and core tight!0
