Eat lots of veggies they are low in calories and filling - I love them grilled.

May I suggest that if your tummy is rummbling then eat alot more veggies and fruits which are all low in calories. Don't forget the protein and some fats though.

congrats on seeing what you need to do - not everyone can do that. Slow and steady wins the race. I personally try not to focus too much on the amount loss just that there is a loss and that I am doing the right things. You are headed in the right direction - keep it up.
