That's interesting that the circuit training at 214, is a higher value than the high impact aerobics, at 188 for 20 minutes. I think i'm going with the lower value, simply because i'd rather under-estimate my work than over-estimate, but thanks for the info!

Hi All, I'm Belinda, 35 years old, mom of 2 with busy schedules all around, 5'9", 177.2lbs, which is already down .6lbs from starting last night! Somehow I've also gotten signed up for an extreme 5K obstacle course in just 24 days on a team, so I'm feeling very motivated to do this! Good luck to all!
