Are you eating enough? (your diary is closed) I know I was really struggling to lose one pound. I got some great advice and upped my calories along with lowering my protein and upping my fat. I started losing immediately. I'm definitely not a veteran ketoer but thought I would share my experience.

My net carbs are under 20 and I eat between 1500-1600 calories. I, like a couple others, follow keto too. :)

I struggled for months just to lose a pound here and there. (I was also eating 1200) After reading tons on here I upped my calories a little at a time. I started losing almost immediately. I am truly thankful for the information I found here.

Thank you both. I made fat bombs this evening. I will say I'm a bit nervous but I have felt like something wasn't quite right with my daily intake so I'm willing to try and adjust. I'm trusting you. ;) I will keep you posted on how it goes. Thanks again! Mel

Thanks for the advice. I have read a lot of your posts and hoped you would respond. I will try to adjust and see if it helps. I will say I am very nervous about adjusting and gaining but I really want to maximize the weight loss so I'm willing to try. ;)
