You look great! And so happy! Congratulations!

Rest days are essential for your body, they allow your muscles to recover and keep you safe from injuries. That doesn't mean that you have to lock yourself inside and stay in bed. Go out for a walk, do something you enjoy.

No, I think you're eating is very good. I am against under-eating and what I saw on your diary looks very good to me, especially if you exercise. Now what I would suggest that I think it will help with the hunger is increasing your protein a little bit more. Go for 100 g/day. And, if possible, maybe a little less carbs.…

Maybe I make a plan in my mind, but actual logging, I do it after eating. As with exercise, I like to "write it down" after. On dessert though, I wait to see what my meal's calories mount up to and only then do I decide whether there's room for a little something or not.

If you want to avoid bread, just try the peanut butter with a sliced apple. It tastes really good. About the nuts: go for whatever you like more, I really enjoy almonds and cashews for ex. Cheese has so many possibilities with very low carb content, but if you don't like it, just go for something different. Greek yogurt…

I am not a professional athlete, but with the exception of the first few sessions, until your body gets used to moving around, I don't think it should really hurt. More like a pleasurable exhaustion of the muscle, but not hurting. And I think that it's better to train moderately high 3 times/week than kill yourself once a…

If you can't stand it, don't eat it! You can get the nutrients from other foods as well. I personally love fish. But, for ex, I cannot for the life of me eat raw bell-pepper. Hate the smell, hate the taste. So no-can-do.

2 weeks after starting Body Pump classes, 3/week. It's a basically a strength/weights mixed in with cardio class. Of course, with healthy eating.

I cannot wait to go to the beach in a tiny swimming suit when I reach my goal weight! Of course, the obvious answer is clothes-related. I know how it is to make up excuses when you don't feel like going to a party because nothing you have in the wardrobe looks good on you.

with a small teaspoon of brown sugar and a little bit of semi-skimmed milk. don't like it black and I thing that around 50 cals/1 morning coffee is not that bad.

If so, probably you simply have a body that resets itself easily, so far. Keep eating clean, exercise, eat enough food and that's that. Enjoy the weight-loss, it will help you keep at it. :)

So far, besides MFP, I have a Polar F7 HRM, a great gadget for tracking your burnt calories during fitness sessions. I also use my kindle for reading on the fitness bike on the days I'm lazy, but don't want to sit on the couch. Now what I would love to have as well would be an mp3 player with catchy music, it would take…

Did you write some sort of message with your friend request? I'm a little dazzled to receive a request with no message and I very much prefer to see who that person is and to get some info, just a few lines. I'm really not interested in a long list of friends, personally, but the ones that are in my list, I like to…

Hello! Given the fact that you're just starting, the most important thing is to ease yourself into it, food and exercise-wise. Don't do it all at once, don't cut out types of foods cold-turkey. About the exercise, pick up something that you enjoy doing (and is available), be that swimming, Zumba or just walking. You will…

I'm gonna go for the first week in a long while without falling off the wagon. Because that's what erased all of my good work and lost kilos.

I love Salvatore's Dark Elf books. I have the whole collection and with book 12 waiting for me after finishing a Hamilton SF trilogy. Now don't get me started on Pratchett... I suppose I'm really into the sf/fantasy genres :)

The Naked God - Peter F Hamilton on paperback and a biography of Bismark on my kindle.

I cannot get myself to really work-out at home, I don't stick to it. For me, definitely gym - as long as I got there, I will not waste time and get to work. Plus, there are a lot of options available from cardio to strength training, from machines to weights and all sorts of classes. If you have a nice gym available close…

Such a lovely story! Congratulations!

Maybe Barcelona in March. If not, Italy for sure in May. :)

Find other type of exercise! I don't think you should force yourself to do 1 type of exercise if you really don't like it, you will not be able to do it for long. See if there's anything you would enjoy more and is within reach. And work yourself up! Don't start with something to difficult and exhaust yourself from the…

This website is about losing weight, body-image and how to improve it in a healthy manner. And if members get to their weight-goals, if they feel comfortable with their body and want to post pictures in bikinis, I really don't see any problem! In fact, the more, the merrier! Not to forget, we're talking about real, normal…

well, according to instructions, you should rinse the strap BEFORE, not after using, and wash the strap every other 5 uses.

No, my sister has allergy to mushrooms, so you probably have the same. Repulsing foods for me: fatty foods like chicken skin or pure fat pork, raw seafood, raw bell pepper(don't like the smell & taste, I wish I could).

Sweets. Horrible weakness to have.

Is there no way for you to turn it around? It would probably be a lot easier for you to run watching something you like on TV. If not, try listening to music.
-
If you lose constantly while eating that, don't over-think it! If you are unhappy with your weight-loss, if you have cravings or feel hungry (within a normal calorie range), lower your carbs for a few weeks and see how that goes.

I got my protein shake after quite some research, reading lots of opinions. Mine is Optimum Whey Protein shake - double rich chocolate. In the UK, u can get it easily and at a very good price from amazon. It tastes great if you make it with milk and some ice in the blender - quite the treat. If you want more, you can add…
