Steps Goal: 6,000 12/31 - 2,277 1/1 - 2,256 Not the best first days in terms of steps, but I've been clearing clutter out of my house so that's a win in my book lol. I'll definitely get my steps done today. The gym is open and I'll be getting my workout in.

Steps Goal: 6,000 12/24 - 11,988 12/25 - 3,588 12/26 - 1,458 12/27 - 7,111 I went to the gym yesterday and immediately felt better and was more productive when I got home. I think moving my butt really helped. I still have some residual sugar cravings, but overall I'm feeling good.
