In my opinion...i think you are eating WAAAYYY too little on insanity. Definitely eat more!!! and yes insanity will help tone muscles. Im on my third round and ive gained so much strength!!

It's hard to say. I have a heart rate monitor so i can tell what i burn during my workout, but obviouisly i burn more throughout the day because of the weight training. try running for longer distances and try intervals of sprinting and jogging :) also do knee ups and butt kicks :)
