whats your workout like?? I did insanity and i lost 12 lbs in the first month! I was probably a little bigger than you so it was easier, but it worked amazing for me. are you losing weight at a normal rate?? if you are, then the skin shouldnt cause you too much of a problem. If you lose it quickly, then you may end up with a problem. maybe try some firming lotion or just keep doing some ab exercises to get it to where you want it :)

It's possibly you still might lose weight, but chances are it'll be a struggle. If you still eat "junk food" your body wont be getting the proper nutrition it needs and won't work as well as it should. it's good to have a cheat day once in awhile, but for the mos tpart, you should try to eat as healthy as you can.

If you are lifting weights and working out regularly, i recommend a protein shake. I use shakeology from beachbody and i love it.
