It would take me 3 days to finish a 5K - Like everyone else is saying...how many people can say they have done/completed a 5K?!? Im jealous. If I could run a 5K and be last that would be the least of my worries :) Think positive!!!!

I know...I have to tell myself not to think about it and occupy myself so I dont. I have sugar free mints that I grab if I am thinking about eating! It helps most of the time.
