The fact that I have lost 17 pounds since June has built my confidence in ways I could never imagine. I am nowhere near my goal but I feel like I'm already there! Enjoy this ride called life girl!

Morning! Checking in again; Today is day 5 of level 2 and It's been a tough week but I'm hanging in there. Getting a workout in this weekend is going to be challenge; i'm gonna be super busy . But Imma give it my best shot!! Have a great weekend everyone!

...try warming up a cup of Almond Breeze milk chocolate Almond milk (unsweeten) and add stevia to taste. It's a really good treat and it's only 40 cals per cup. There's a dark chocolate kind too, but it's 120 cals per cup. Enjoy!

Wow, some really great idea on here! Salsa, hummus, rice wine vinegar, homemade fruit vinegarettes, and yogurt are some of my fav ideas. So thk for the suggestions, guys. Gonna add them to my grocery list this week.

If you are able to take them to the park or outside in the yard and run, chase, play, throw, ect with them. This way everyone is interacting with one another; no one is left out. I have one. I have a paragaurd--a non hormonal IUD, last for 10 yrs. yes, getting it put in was very painful and the pain continued a few day afterwards. But I like it (so far). It's been a yr now with no complication.

Never slept in one but I recently heard to rub Preparation H on your tummy and put on a tight gridle; its suppose to minimize stretch marks and help shape up your tummy while you are losing weight. I don't know if it works, I haven't tried it but a few of my MFP's live by it.

yup'er...this is my down fall too. I'm fine until the sun goes down. Any time after 9pm is a big struggle for me. A few smudges of Peanut butter on crackers....a yumEEEE fix!!!!

Haven't tried it yet but, Rachael Ray made mini frittatas in a muffin pan... She add cherry tomatoes, asparagus and ham, cheese and egg in the muffin slots and baked it. It looked so yummy. Gonna try this soon.
