You can add it to your cream of wheat or oatmeal. Really there is alot to do with it, just try it and be creative.

I hear ya. I have the same problem. You can fit some in. If you find yourself going for more have someone put them in a hiding place for you and only give you what you can have for the day. Eat it slow. Trust me. I only eat Candy corn once a year. So I eat then according to the serving and eat them slow.

I know if I am at home as I have capet sometimes I just wear socks and do certain workout. But if I am doing step workout from DVD of Cathy Smith or Cathe Friedrch's then I do wear shoes. If at Gym, wear your shoes becuz of germs..... Just thought you want to know.

For me it is the Fat or the skin on the meat and chicken. I actually would gag and throw up. lol Just looking at it, my husband has to remove it or I won't eat it. Something about my childhood on fat. YUCK!:ohwell:

Yes it gets easier and I love it. Are you doing on smooth floor? If so good. If you are doing on carpet, invest in a smooth shoe for better movement and to protect your knees. When I workout even if it is intense, I do get sore too. But then I go walking the next day. You have to keep moving to break down those muscle otherwise it stiffens up. Trust me. Actually no. It just helps fill ya up to keep you from over eating. I drink alot too, I make sure it is cold cuz it is best as it does help burn some calories becuz your body is trying to keep warm. If you are putting milk in it, then yes you should count it. I count my tea and soda. Just so I see how much liquid I am drinking a day.

I Love the spin class I was going to and I went like 3 times aweek before the club closed. I miss it badly and it is a great workout. I sat in the back for the 1st few times until I got up to speed. Then I moved to the front. Believe me you will get hooked. Just remember to stretch when done.
