I have a question for mine. In theTRAINING SETTING I set mine up for 155 BPM Maxium (It shud be 166 but I never get that high) Age is 54 weight is 148 Female DOB 12/7/1957 Height 5'6 *But in the User Information when you put your weight, height, DOB, sex. I drink the carbinated flavor water too. It beats soda. I say drink away. However I don't drink the other flavor water if there is sodium in it. That will bloat you. Try to stay away from any water that say it has a small amount of sodium in it.

I never eat my exercise calories. If you burn more calories than your eating of 1200 a day, then you can have a small thing or unless you are really hungry.

I am looking for something more simple. I don't want anything with "laps" on it. I have tried many so far and getting very frustrated. I just want it to have WEIGHT, DOB, AGE, Training to turn on then track the calories when I am in spnning or cardio classes. I don't need files. Any reccamendation?

I had the PFT4 and hated it. It wud not do my calories correctly or even give it. Had a friend help and still was not doing right. Too much money when I only wanted something simple not all those file and whistle and bels stuff.

I have 1 day a week cheat day, but plan it on the day you know you are gonna workout hard. So it is basically "calorie in, calorie out", Trust me. This way you will not feel deprived. :happy:…

I have been taking them. Hate to tell you, but Dr Oz was only listening on this new stuff. He did not endorse it. It works! I have lost over 5 lbs. I will continue till I meet my goal. And that is 4 more lbs. :wink: I was really surprise.

I eat all the calorie for the day except for my workout calorie. Unless I workout 3 times in a day then I might have something small. If you are given 1200 for the day, you eat that for they day. I wear an HRM and if I am really hungy I try to go for fruit or nuts that is all.

You do not have to eat the calories or extra calories that you burned. Maybe on cheat days. But you shud be eating what you calorie says only.

The problem with weight watcher is they have new tools now and you have to have a calulator to track points. Online has it but you have to use it at home only unless you have a phone that can download the app. Then you are fine. No one will give you the stuff cuz that cost money. It is not the card we used to use. Sorry.

Phentermine - Is this prescription only? If you keep exercising and stuff, the weight shud not come back as long as you eat right foods too.

I felt like you did too. Until someone told me I had to update my weight on it each time or each week in order to get the correct Calorie burn. After I learn that and started updating my weight on it when I weigh in, my calorie burn was doing what it was supposed to. It takes a while to get it right. Now I love it!

I found one at BIG 5 and the price is $19.00 on sale. I am thinking of getting one. It is 1-Tough Heart Rate Monitor Watch. Does this really count calorie while you workout? Please let me know as I may go get it today.

Just go....seriously no one cares. They go and have fun, and it is all about moving and dancing and burning calories. No one is perfect. Trust me.

I am 54 and I know where you are coming from. I am a life time member of weight watcher and I do this site just to see the calories once in a while. Might want to try it and see what is going on. You only need rest day 1 or 2 day depending on your workout and how are you worked out.

Hi I am surprised Weight Watcher did not help. You can do this program with WW. That is what I am doing. The reason I do both is so I can see how much calories I am taking in with seeing my points. I think it helps you stay on track even more.

Maybe add extra fruits and veggie as snack. But you may need to chg your exercise once in awhile to shock your body. From my understanding doin the same thing over and over they body won't respond. So go walking 2 to 4 miles fast and then doing something else when you get home like situp or something. Then do your regular…

I only drink 1 or 2 can of diet soda. Mostly 1 a day only. This is moderation. I find it silly that some chose boose over soda. Many of those have high calories.

Agree with you on the cereals. I wish they would remove all sugar from cereals. And if people want sugar on their cereal put it on yourself.
