Oatmeal or the plain Shredded Wheat biscuits are both nutritious and filling for me.

Unfortunately, there are many people in this world who can only feel better about themselves, by putting others down. Don't listen to your co-worker, pity her instead that she's one of those people. You look fabulous.

I finished 30 day shred and am now doing Ripped in 30. I wouldn't worry about it too much. i actually gained weight while doing the shred and I didn't see the tape move very much either, but I did still notice results. I felt so much stronger and I was actually able to see muscle where I had absolutely none before. I feel…

I second this advice.

peri-menopause here: 1). No periods at all for months, and then spotting. 2). Insomnia 3). A "spacey" feeling. Lack of ability to concentrate.

Awesome job. Congratulations. You look healthier, happier, and younger too. :flowerforyou:

I do close to the same thing. I'll go 8 or 9 months with absolutely nothing, then outta the blue ill spot for a day or two and then nothing again for months and months.

I logged as best I could yesterday and I was way over. Even though I didn't officially work out yesterday, I was on the go from the time I got up at 5:30am until I went to bed at 9pm, so I'm thinking I still burned quite a bit and even if I didn't, that's fine. It's one day out of the year.

Yes, it's a 30 day workout. It's up to you whether or not you want to do it for 30 days straight. It's 3 different levels and you do each level for 10 days.

20 minute workout. All you need are hand weights, and a mat if you don't have carpeting to work out on.

When I read your title the first thing that popped into my head was "Uh oh, someone must have tried Alli". It wouldn't be a stretch, I've seen several posts about that on here. I'm glad you picked out that one sentence from my post and were some how offended by it and completely ignored the part where I was on topic and…

Am I the only one that thought this was going to be an Alli post? Enjoy your time with your friends and family, one day isn't going to undo everything you've achieved. Have a happy birthday.

I get bloated and weigh anywhere from 3-5 lbs. heavier during this time. Funny you should bring it up as I weigh myself on Mondays and I knew when I weighed myself this morning it was going to be heavier because of TOM, but it's still disappointing when you see the number. It'll be down when I weigh next Monday though, so…

I didn't have the dramatic results others have on here, but I can tell a bit of a difference and I'm really pleased with how much stronger I feel from it. BEFORE: AFTER:

How exciting!! Congrats on a job very well done. 26 years ago I had a 10 lb. baby via c-section. My abs walked out on me that day and they have not called or written since.

You asked a question and people are trying to help. No need to be so snarky about it. Good grief.

My starting weight was 224 and my current weight is 145. I'm 5' 7" tall.

Wow! You look absolutely amazing. I bet you're loving it :) Great job on the weight loss and on doing something that made you happy.

Don't know how to post pics, but you can see them in my profile. I'm 5' 7" and started out at 224 lbs. and am currently 145 lbs.

I can't decide if this is a serious post or not. If it is.....then I agree with this advice.

I log it as circuit training, general. I'm on Level 3, Day 7, only three more days to go and am so happy I did it. Good luck. :)
