Your story is so inspiring! And I agree the mental and the emotion part of losing weight is the hardest part. I know when my motivation wavers, that's where I struggle the most. Thank you for sharing your journey. Its stories like yours that keep me fighting.

My first week went pretty well. I'm down 5.2 lbs! :D Whoot whoot! I feel I ate really well and was under in calorie goal. I also worked out 5 days this week, one day being strenght training. Starting up MFP again and counting calories has definitely help me improve my progress. The previous few weeks have been really slow…

Thank you soooo much for all your help! I truly appreciate it! I'm planning on strength training on Sunday (or Monday) and again on Thursday. On those days I'll probably do my strength training before work and do my cardio after work, like you suggested.

Thank you sooo much for the info about strength training! I will defiantly try to leave some energy in the tank till my body starts acclimating to the strength training. My goal is to continue working out 5 to 6 days a week. Right now I've been power walking/jogging on my treadmill for 45 mins each work out. Lol I have about the amount of hours logged in to Dragon Age Inquisition. I've been replaying on pc, with a bunch of appearance mods installed on it. Finally I can have a character with long hair. Lol Also I'm super excited for Mass Effect to come out too!
