I haven't cut out any foods as I don't eat sugar, don't buy junk foods, eat lots of vegetables, some fruit, some meat and natural dairy (fresh cows milk when I can get it, unhomogenized when I can't) but what I will cut out is sitting at my computer during lunch breaks choosing instead to get more exercise outdoors.…

I was just wondering if you have to cook it so much that its soft enough to mash you are going to loose a lot of the nutrients. Then if you add cheese you are just adding carbohydates, so what's the point. I think I'll eat my cauli al dente.
