  • Yep, I'm a smoker and for the first couple of weeks walking and cycling were a killer. I'm guessing a combination of the weight loss and just getting out there and doing it is making it easier. I have a regular route of 4 miles that I do every Saturday and Sunday and my time has come down from 70 minutes to 42 minutes. If…
