I'm in! I'll check in tomorrow with starting weight. I'm new here, hope I can find this thread and figure it out. It might be tough. My body seems to like to hover at a certain point (low 130's), with my lifestyle (likely bad choices.) I have gotten to around 128 but it quickly returns. This may help keep me more motivated!

I'm 5'4 and weigh 133. I will try hard to be at 128 by the end of September. This will be tough as my lifestyle and body seem to like to hover in the low 130's. I've gotten to 128 a couple of times but it was short lived. Maybe this will provide the inspiration I need. Success to all!!!

I love the Skippy All Natural PB. I have it and a spoon in my desk drawer at work and every now and then the two collide. Yummy! Love bananas too, just never put them together.

I'm with Audram420, seems attention seeking. The weight didn't come on over night, don't expect some quick fix to get it do disappear quickly.

It took me over a year to lose 20 pounds. Slow and steady wins the race. There are so many advertisements and diets trying to get people to take it off quickly. People forget, it didn't come on quickly. I could be a spokesperson for the "slowest loser". LOL You will get there!

We can only hope that people will catch on and turn things around. And spread the word on how to do it.

Please don't be hopeless. Just don't expect super fast miracles. Slow and Steady is the way to go and you will begin to see the little successes that will motivate you to keep it up. You will begin to find exercise easier and making healthy food choices will come along too. You have to have some will-power and good…

It sounds like another gimmick. Slow and Steady is the way to go.

I'm not good at this either. There are 7 grams in 2 tbsp of Peanut Butter. Beans are high in protein and very inexpensive, and eggs and milk both have 6 g. I hope this helps. I need more protein too.

I'm new to this site also. It does sound odd to eat them back.

Twenty pounds ago it started out as appearance. Mentally I was beating myself up about how unhappy I became with my appearance. Losing twenty pounds made me much happier on the inside and more self-confident. Now, I want to maintain that and exercise and eat heathier so I can be stronger. I'm not getting any younger and…

I used to have a baby carrot addiction! Everytime I walked past the fridge a few got eaten. They're awesome! I'll have to try with peanut butter. I kicked the habit for a long time and now I can eat them in moderation. I also had a bad habit with Sugar Snap Peas! We won't talk about the bad things I had addictions to. Ha Ha
