Listening to the Podcast Losing 100 Pounds with Phit N Phat (even though I don't have much to lose) has really motivated me. Drinking lots of water (probably always walked around dehydrated), now I don't have the need for Pepsi like I used to think. Creating weekly meal plan, and at minimum a 24-hour plan and sticking to…

I don't think it's guilt. It may be the idea of not being Perfect at something that is bothering you. You need to have that internal conversation that it's not serving you well to think those thoughts. I agree about staying away from public places if not feeling well. Rest is always good for your body.

Not much baking anymore, I usually make homemade Beef Jerky and give to a few friends. They love it!

I'm 52 and in the same boat. The Struggle is Real! I'll send a request.

Good luck to you. You can do it!

I got my Charge 2 one week ago. I love it so far! I started a challenge today and took it off to shower and charge. I left it at home when I went to work. That sucks! :/ https://www.fitbit.com/user/2CD3H7

Very inspirational. You look amazing. I bet you feel great!

I am 5'5" and got down to 130 which I was pretty happy with. I lost 20 pounds to get there and maintained it for about 6 years. During the past year and a half and a dose of menopause, I am now at 145 (15 pounds up), and it all seems to go straight to the belly. Maintaining is definitely tricky. We all can do this!!!

Hats off to you!! Great job, serious dedication going on in your life. As others have stated, you look younger as well. Whoo to the Hooo!

Sounds like you may have been the drama instigator. I hope you have a better experience this time around.

I would seriously reconsider if this is the person that you want to spend forever with; not so much because of the half marathon but the fact that he wants to do nothing but relax all weekend. This makes me wonder if he is helpful around the house, how would he be with children if you have any (or would it all be your job)…

I feel your pain. I am a pepsi-holic. I keep thinking about trying the cold turkey thing. Kind of fearing the headache until I'm over the hump. We really do need to do this.

You did the first step and that's to get educated and start tracking. Great job! Wishing you regular successes.

You are definitely doing something right! Keep up the pace, you are an inspiration!

WOW! You look great and in record time. Inspiring!

I believe Austin said it best! Also, just today one of my MFP friends said that weight loss is a priority in her life. When she wants to eat something not on her plan, she asks herself "Am I a Priority?" Does this (cookie, nachos, or Klondike Bar) help me to reach my goals? I thought that was a great motivator.

Most Awesome! Puts it into perspective.

Ifyou went over by 130 calories on one day then it is 130 x 7 days per week x 5 weeks = 4,550 calories. That is over a pound. Don't know about the settings.

I have tried many ellipticals and don't love most of them. Most seem to have a short stride. I bought a NordicTrack ACT and it has a larger adjustable stride. I like it better than any other I have tried. Good luck to you.

WOW! Very impressive. The was impressed seeing the 2nd picture but then the 3rd was amazing. I tried the shred but didn't stick with it very long. I should try again. I fear the initial calf pain that I had the first time, OUCH! Great Job, thanks for sharing.

Well Done on losing that much weight in that short amount of time. I bet some has come off of your waist too, you just havn't noticed it yet. Yes, the boobs and back fat will go down a little, but it's all good.

You look so sexy in the new dress. WOW! You should be pleased with yourself.

My doctor did a scan and determined my large colon was *extra large* therefore I wasn't going as often and causing the same uncomfortable feeling (couldn't imagine two weeks, ouch). Anyway he said very important to keep things moving along. He suggested Metamucil or something like that plus the old fiber & water thing.…

Impressive that your results were in 90-days. You worked hard and were disciplined and dedicated! Well Done!

I eat them cause I love the taste when they come out of the toaster. I know they are bad for me due to sugar and carbs and not much nutrition to speak of. They are just tasty and satisfying.

I've got nothing, I think only weight loss through diet/exercise is about the only thing to reduce the chin situation. I lost twenty pounds and it really made a difference in my face. Good luck! P.S. I think you would look really cute with bangs!

You have GOT to be kidding me! Every thought about the world being a little overpopulated already? Geez.
