I "chose" to not have kids also. It just goes to show that some people live in their own little world and don't have the diversity to see things from a different perspective. It amazes me how many people just expect to have kids without really giving it much thought. It's a CHOICE people!

Click on Settings (next to logout) then click on Diary Settings, toward the bottom you can check private or public. On someone elses page if their diary is open it has a button called view diary, click their to see it.

I have reusable bottles at home and work. I split up my day and have deadlines. One bottle by noon, 4pm, 8pm, and midnight. One of those I add Crystal Light. It helps to get it down and break up the monotony.

Every day you should look at the community tab and check out the success stories. There are so many people with pictures that have succeeded. They are inspiring! You can do it if you are ready. Everyone on this thread has given such good ideas. I'm stealing a couple of them!

I suppose you are doing what you should. Just eating what you are comfortable with. It's definitely more difficult during the holidays if there are a lot of gatherings. Good Luck!

YES! I bought this cute dress that had these huge shoulder pads and fabric that tied like a bow in front of my chest. By the time It fit, Shoulder pads were so the decade before. LOL, Just kidding. I've bought stuff and then was always disappointed that t as takng up space in my closet. I don't do it anymore.

I prefer to exercise at home. As already mentioned you need to be self-motivated and know what you are doing. I used to take classes at the YMCA and that taught me good form etc...
