I can go days and get a very tender abdomen. I went to the doctor once and they did a scan and he said my large colon was extra large. They encouraged me to get extra fiber and water to move things along. It is uhealthy to stay in the body for that length of time. Run to the doctor!

I keep a bottle at work and at home. I have a new system, I drink one by noon, 4pm, 8pm, and midnight. To one of those I add Crystal Light to it to make it easier to get down. I get tired of water.

I have a great elliptical at home. It is the NordicTrack ACT. It is very stable and I love the adjustable stride. It totally kicks my butt every time I use it! It is a great calorie burn. Now, I just need a little more motivation to get back into the swing of things. I seem to be taking a slight exercise vacation.

Buy fresh asparagus. Cut the last few inches off and discard. Then heat up saute pan with half butter and half olive oil. It appears he is an insensitive jerk! I agree he can cook his own meals. It sounds like a bigger problem. If he regularly treats you with this type of disrespect and insensitivity you might reconsider the entire relationship. This is a character flaw.

You can do it Anna! Think of it as a lifestyle change and you will make it. Just think of how upset you are when you don't finish. Brush yourself off and jump in. Don't have unrealistic expectations, that will set you up for quitting.
