My co-worker joined MFP just about six weeks ago and isn't exercise and has lost 30+ pounds so far. I agree with another gentleman who said diet is 90% of the equation and I believe it. Once yo get some weight off through proper nutrition you might find it easier to add some in if you choose. I wish you much success!

LOVE IT here in SW OK! I liked the rain also. Whooo Hooooo. I was tiring of the I don't know how many days of 100+ degree weather this summer.

My TOM has been visiting so it seems that food is not safe around me. I lost a pound (YAY!) and gained it back (YUK!). I'm hoping next week I will have better control. Never give up!
-
I'm 47 and my jeans are a little tight too. Feel free to add me. You will get there.

I'm impressed! You have sure been working hard at it. 1200 calories is hard and with all of that exercising you definitely have lots of determination and will-power. Inspiring!
-
You look HOT and that dress really flatters you!
-
WOW! You look years younger. You have shown tremendous drive and will-power and should be so proud of your accomplishments. It really shows in your face and neck too. It's time to go shopping and show that bodyoff to the world!
-
You look HOT! You have the body that most women would dream of. I don't think you need more definition unless you are looking for that body builder look, but that's just me.

It's time to clean out the closet of the stuff that's too big! Good Job on the Core Workout! LOL
-
Glad to hear you are having success. It appears you have the tools to carry-on!

I generally gain 2-3 pounds the first day of my TOM. I've never really pinned down when it subsides. I want to eat more than usual. The cravings are killin' me! Not craving water, however. LOL
-
I have done both and feel like I lose energy and don't work out as hard or long. I read a study recently that said people lost more weight when they did NOT eat before a morning workout.

I was so out of control last week and into this week cause of precious Aunt Flo. When I read posts that say so-and-so logged their food and was "under their calorie goal" I just think, Not Me Thank You Very Much!!! Hopefully the next few weeks will be better.
-
WOW! You have been working it this year! You have stuck to it and have loads of drive and determination. Inspiring to all.
-
I agree with another post, 5 leads to 10 which leads to 20! You can do it, you've already proven that. Just keep it up.
-
WOW! What a difference 55 pounds makes. You are "smokin"!
-
I have those days too. Especially this week. I want to eat everything! I don't think mine is hunger as much as I just feel like eating. My taste buds are trying to rule the roost. I need for my mind to tell my tastebuds to go to hell in such a way that they look forward to the trip!

First of all, congratulations for having the will-power and determination to meet your goals. At least you can see the obvious and realize that something is wrong. The others on here are stating the obvious. I wonder if you are looking for perfection. Also realize that the images in magazines and on TV have mostly been…

That's Awesome! I'm fairly new here too (couple of weeks). Glad you're having success!
-
I agree with this statement, it will cost you more one way or the other.

When you do get around to making your chicken, you might crush up some chex mix cereal then dip the chicken in a milk/egg mixture then roll around in the chex cereal. Bake in the oven, it is like chicken tenders and good for you. I forget the baking temperature. I think it was around 350.

With this kind of motivation you will make it! I'm new too. I sent you a friend request.

Welcome to MFP, I am new too, just started this week. Wishing you many successes! I was hibernating for the last two months due to the heat and my lack of motivation. I'm getting back slowly by walking and will begin to incorporate spurts of jogging which will increase in duration as I start back. I strength train lower…

Great Job, that took dedication. It took me a lot longer to lose 20 pounds. You look Smokin' Hot!
-
Now that, my dear, took dedication! Great job, you are awesome!
-
You Rock! I live in Southwest OK and my husband also rides in the Hotter N Hell every year. Congratulations and thanks for the info on how you did it!
-
Great Job! You have dedication and it shows. What an inspiration to others.

Good luck to both of you. Love your cat picture. I had a cat until recently that I tried to put on a diet. She was an indoor/outdoor cat and would just "supplement" her diet outside if I fed her something she didn't care for. She was a master hunter. May you experience much success. I just joined yesterday. This seems to…

You are a brave young lady to ask the hard question. Lots of good information has come your way. Wishing you success. Start by healthy eating (definitely in Moderation) and try really hard to keep those nutrients with you.
