Completely agree. It's mostly only in Northern American that you can get free refills. All of Europe you pay for what you drink. Hi Crystal, and welcome to mfp! How about trying some workout videos online? You can find a lot of free stuff if you look. For example on www.bodyrock.tv. I have done some of those workouts. My baby loves it when I do Zumba workouts, she laughs and tries to join in :) Good luck!

In reply to your question, I use the HRM every time I do cardio exercise as it allows me to train in the right zone for weight loss, and to do interval training with accuracy. I also love to see the progress I make e.g. With less effort can go further or longer.

In a healthy marriage part of what you do and who you are is for the other person, so why shouldn't they share be able to share what attracts them? My husband makes no secret of the fact that he is delighted that I am losing weight. I'm glad he can be honest with me, and I take it as a motivator, not an insult.
