it's my understanding that muesli tends to have more sugar. Oats are generally less processed than your average muesli as well. However; there are a lot of all natural mueslis out there, just check the contents on the packet. Like everyone said, do what works for you

Well I'd like to keep my nice soft girly hands so am going to stick with them and persevere with making my grip stronger :happy: P.S Callouses on a man are hot, I like my men to feel like a man, not a boy. Just my opinion

Damn it!! I use gloves so I don't get Callouses. I want to lift like a man, not have man hands.....:sad:

What's you poison? Chocolate, sweet stuff? To be honest mine doesn't bother me (yes I know, I don't know how lucky I am!!) but if your craving sweet stuff you could try sugar free jelly or lollipops?

Are you serious??? In one of my weight training sessions I recorded my calories burnt at 700. This was from a HRM too. Maybe you don't work hard enough OP, get yourself a HRM and find out. I burn more in my leg workouts than I do say, shoulder day. It's the only way to know for sure

I pretty much do. For 2 reasons really, mainly for fuel for my workouts, and so I don't have to worry about planning meals/what I'm going to eat that day that's within my calorie goal

once again, you feel like this because you aren't eating enough. Regardless of whether you've been eating this way for the last few months or not, this is your body's way of telling you it's had enough of that and it's hungry. You run the risk of binges right now because of the way you feel

I'm trying to get my body fat % down to around 15% (currently 20%). I don't really care about the number on the scale anymore. Quite happy with where my strength is going, at a bit of a plateau as far as that goes, so am focusing alot on form and get more reps in

what about quinoa? Chickpeas? (not sure on the carb content of chickpeas though) Egg whites? Have you googled vegetarian protein rich food - that might help too

it's how I've lost all my weight - I hate cardio and avoid it where possible!! I have my macros set at 40/40/20 carbs, protein & fat, which you can change in your goal part of your profile (custom)

I just had a look at your diary too, and it looks like you need a complete overhall. Eating around 650 (which you had on 2 days this past week), will not help you. By the looks of things you work night shift? Sit down and plan meals for yourself. Add in vegetables and fruit, not 'empty' calories like coffees & cheescake.…
